Optimize existing HR structure in Google Sheets
This year, I got a request from an international NGO, based in the Unites States, to streamline their HR structure that was mostly managed in Google sheets.
After initial consultation laying out various possibilities for improvement I was tasked also with the implementation of these improvements.
While not as sophisticated as Excel, Google sheets also proved adequate to handle even more advanced tasks of HR.
It was even possible to convert the disadvantage of Google Sheets - the reduced functionality - into a plus, making it easier to have an overview of all things at all times.
The result was a beautiful template worksheet, that made entering data easy and gave clear overviews of all data.
